This application provides users with background on UMBC’s Instructional Systems Development – Training Systems graduate program. This applied online graduate program is for people who design, deliver, support and measure training, learning and performance within organizations. This program enables graduates to work in it for eye positions such as instructional designers, trainers, instructional technology specialist, and other workplace learning professional positions. It provides a solid grounding in theory of instructional design while providing students with opportunities to apply what they have learned in real projects with real clients. Throughout the program, students also have an opportunity to develop their own professional portfolio.
